We will not hold a puppy with out the deposit and contract. The non-refundable deposit and completed contract must be sent Over Night / Express Mail and it must require my signature.
A non refundable deposit is required to hold a puppy. It will NOT be refunded if you change your mind for ANY reason. If a deposit is taken before the whelping of any litter and the litter is lost then you will have to wait until the next avail. litter. If the bitch fales to take then you will have to wait for the next litter. If any thing was to happen to the pup of your choice and we don't have another pup avail. then you would have to wait on the next avail. litter to be born. No refunds will be given.
If you find that special friend and want us to hold it, we require a payment down as a non refundable deposit with the rest due before shipping or pick up. NO puppy will be held without a deposit. To be fair to each person, all puppies will be sold to the first approved family that sends their deposit to hold a puppy. The deposit is a guarantee that the buyer will complete the purchase by sending the rest of the money before shipping or at pickup. If your puppy doesn't require shipping and will be picked up a deposit is still required to hold a puppy.
All money paid on puppies will be forfeited by the buyer if not paid in full by 8 weeks of age.
